 TEC 2800 EMBEDDING CENTER

Histo Line TEC 2800 Embedding Embedding Center consists of three modules: Main Console, Cryo Console and Thermal Console that can be positioned either left-to-right or right-to-left workflow depending of the preference of the operator. The ergonomic large working surface allows processing many samples at same time. All functions of the TEC 2800 are settable trough the control panel: temperature of working surface, temperature of molds and cassettes warming trays, temperature of the Cryo Console and temperature of paraffin tank. Work time and day can be programmed automatically. All temperatures are individually controlled and uniformly regulated, all heated areas from ambient to 70° C increment in 1°C the cryo plate from ambient to -10°C increment in 1°C

TEC 2800 CRYO CONSOLE

TEC 2800 CRYO CONSOLE is composed of a compressor cooled work surface held to chill the paraffin blocks rapidly. The Teflon coated surface allows a minimum ice formation and easy cleaning. Temperature is adjustable from ambient to -13°C increment in 1°C. TEC 2800 CRYO CONSOLE can be used as a stand alone unit near the microtome station.

TEC 2800 THERMAL COSOLE

TEC 2800 THERMAL CONSOLE holds processed tissue specimens, in any type of cassettes, awaiting paraffin embedment. Stores and warms in a large paraffin tank “ 2,5 Lt.” Temperature can be set from ambient to 99°C increment in 1°C

 LAB-O-WAX

Histo-Line Lab-o-Wax Paraffin at 56° to 58°C melt point is a new formulation in our paraffin line. This low polymer content formulation gives improved viscosity, infiltration, and embedding. The translucent appearance of the paraffin allows for excellent tissue visibility. The lower polymer content also makes deparaffination easier with all types of clearing agents. Available in a larger, more convenient 12kg case size with six 2 Kg stand alone bags, which will fill most tissue processors.

Base Molds 

Histo Line Base Molds are made to be used with Embedding Cassette and Rings. Histo Line Base Molds are made in stainless steel flat bottom allows maximum heat and cold exchange. Histo Line Base Molds are available in five different specimen size five millimetre deep.

Embedding Rings

Embedding Rings are made in ABS plastic material that is heat and compression resistant.ER make it possible to obtain uniform blocks of paraffin and can be set up on any type of Microtome.
